Your appointment is time set aside just for you to make sure you receive the best service possible. Scheduling conflicts are part of life so here’s what you need to know about cancelling or changing your booking:
For services $50 and up:
-Cancelling less than 24 hours from your appointed time incurs a $35.00 late cancellation charge. This also applies to no-shows.
-LATE ARRIVALS: We definitely appreciate a call if you’re running 10 minutes or more late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you but this will shorten the time allotted for your service. If you need to cancel at the last minute, the $35.00 late cancellation charge applies.
-A credit card is required to hold your appointment, though no charges or holds are made at time of booking. Cancellation fees are charged against the card on file.
